Crispy Honey-Coated Tofu

Sorry for posting this in the vegan tag before! I did not realise that all of my usual tags were used, my bad. Thank for the heads up guys! (Although some people really need to learn how to be nice on the internet haha!)
For this recipe you will need:
½ block drained extra firm tofu, cut into 2 cm cubes
½ tbsp soy sauce + ½ tbsp
1 ½ tbsp honey + ½ tbsp
Pinch of salt
½ tbsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp olive oil
1 tsp corn starch
Sesame seeds to garnish
½ green onion for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190 degrees C and lightly coat a baking sheet with oil.
In a bowl, stir together the ½ tbsp of soy, 1 ½ tbsp of honey, salt, vinegar and oil. Coat the tofu in the mixture and let it marinade for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Place the tofu on the baking tray and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Save the remaining marinade. Turn the tofu and bake for another 15 minutes. (Every oven is different so keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. In your oven it might take less time for the tofu to bake!)
Add the remaining soy sauce and honey to the marinade bowl and mix in the corn starch.
Heat up a skillet and add the sauce and tofu into it and stir to coat. Bring everything to a quick boil and then let it simmer for a few minutes. During this the sauce will thicken, tanks to the corn starch.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion and serve by itself or with rice!
Serves: 1 portion

STASERA ALLE 21.00 - Un cast mostruoso per una storia dura e avvincente
Qui vengono presi di mira da alcune guardie, che li sottoporranno a una lunga serie di abusi.
Anni dopo, usciti di prigione e dopo aver imboccato vite diverse, i quattro devono ancora consumare la loro vendetta.
Questa, in soldoni, la trama di "Sleepers", il film di Barry Levinson tratto dal romanzo dell'italoamericano Lorenzo Carcaterra.
E se inseriamo il film nel ciclo dedicato a Robert De Niro, che qui interpreta padre Bobby Carrillo, uno dei pochi amici dei quattro protagonisti, non dobbiamo certo dimenticare le altre stelle del ricchissimo cast: Brad Pitt, Kevin Bacon, Dustin Hoffman, Vittorio Gassman, solo per fare alcuni nomi.
Un racconto potente, quello di "Sleepers", perché riesce a mostrare il male nella sua forma più suadente, quella apparentemente giustificata da un desiderio di vendetta che all'occhio dello spettatore finisce con l'essere insieme giusto e sbagliato, colpevole e gratificante.
Un grande film, con grandi attori, per una serata densa di emozioni.
Già (stra)visto, ma sempre merita, eccome! Un pò "crudo", ma GRAN film!
